Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at stephenhunter8593@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at stephenhunter8593@outlook.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at stephenhunter8593@outlook.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
